Useful Android apps for excersie tracking and timing

 HabitNow (android) 

HabitNow allows you to set up your excersies as habits and set them to the days you need to perform them. It tracks how you are doing over time as well. 

It also has a widget so you can view and check off the excersies each day without having to open the app. Very handy for glancing and reminding yourself what you need to get done each day.

Interval Timer (android) 

This interval timer allows you to set up your own routine paced as you require. 

Also the text you input for each set it will read out aloud with each rep. Which is very useful for keeping you on track. I've set mine up to replicate how we were guided through each round of excersies.
