A day in the life at Scoliosis SOS Clinic in London

 9:40am

Arrive, and get ready for class. 



10:00am till 11:30am excersie session 1

Includes spinal mobility, warm up and various exercises. 


11:30 till 11:45am break time. 

Grab a snack and a drink and chill out in the break room.


11:45am till 1:00pm excersie session 2

Various exercises guided by the members of the team. 

If you are new on the course you will be taught various exercises in your first week. 

These will be then customised as to suit your curve and ability day to day. 

Just before lunch a glute or core workout just to make sure you are ready for lunch!


1:00pm till 2pm lunchtime 

Head out to grab a bite to eat or sit in the break room with your packed lunch.


2:00pm till 3:30pm excersie session 3

Start with spinal mobility exercises and a warm up, then back to the guided exercises.


3:30pm till 3:45pm break 

Grab another snack and a drink to keep you going for the last session. 


3:45 till 5:00pm excersie session 4

Back at the wall bars for the last hour and a bit for more exercises. 

Last 15 minutes will be glutes or core to send you on your way. 

Don't forget to wipe down your mat before you go! 


5:00pm home time.
